What Size do I need?
Use a tape measure to measure your waist across your belly button, and again around your chest under the arms then refer to the above chart for the best fit. If you do not have a tape measure, we recommend that you order in the same size as your normal clothes with the best fit.
What if I’m between sizes, what size should I order?
We recommend that you order the size to accommodate your bigger measurement.
Should I order the Insta Slim shirts in a smaller size for better results?
We recommend that you purchase these in the same size as your normal street clothes or follow the size chart for the best fit. The shirts are already compressed and made to offer the slimming and support needed.How do I get the shirts on?
You may find the shirts snug and hard to put on the first time you wear them. This is normal. We recommend folding up the bottom hemline 2-3” before you pull it over your head. This will make it easier to grab and pull down over your stomach.
How do I clean my shirts?
Machine wash, use non chlorine bleach, Tumble Dry low or line dry, do not iron.
How long will it take for my order to process?
Orders are authorized, downloaded, charged and processed within 24 business hours (1-busines day). Most Orders received by 10AM Mon-Fri are shipped the same day, after 10AM they ship the following business day. Please keep in mind that we are CLOSED weekends and Holidays
How long will it take for my order to ship?

Back Orders: Out of Stock items are charged immediately and usually shipped within 1-2 weeks from order date with Rush delivery at no additional cost to customer, backorder days vary per style, color and size. Update the FAQ to the above and as the footer as well.

Yes, only if your order is shipping outside the USA such as Canada add $25, International Add $60 to the $9.95 standard shipping. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, and we are not responsible for customs fees, duty charges or other charges.
What is your Refund & Return Policy?
Insta Slim has a 30-day money back unconditional guarantee. You may return all unused products within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping/handling & processing charges. A restocking fee of $9.95 will be deducted from refund amount on all return orders.
Caution: Returns that are damaged (example: tags removed, torn, ect.) appear to be worn, soiled or with deodorant stains will not be accepted. If recieved item is defective, please call immediately and keep garment to send back for inspection/replacement.

Refunds - please allow up to 30-days (1 billing cycle) for the refund to appear on your statement, please keep in mind S/H is non-refundable and qualifying return must be received within 30-days of delviery date to qualify for a refund. Returns received past the days can be exchanged or issued a merchandise credit good for 12-months, if none of these options appeal to you, the item can be returned to you at your expense.
