What is Insta Slim?
Insta Slim is a unique under garment
just for Men that will slim your body
instantly.
What are the products made of?
A special blend of 80% nylon, 20%
spandex fibers.
Where are Insta Slim shirts made?
Insta Slim shirts are made in the USA.
What styles are available?
Muscle Tank, Crew Neck, and V-Neck
Shirts as well as the Slimming Belts.
What colors do they come in?
All Insta Slim products are available in
white or black.
What sizes are available?
Medium, Large, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL, 5XL
and 6XL

What Size do I need?
Use a tape measure to measure your waist
across your belly button, and again
around your chest under the arms then
refer to the above chart for the best
fit. If you do not have a tape measure,
we recommend that you order in the same
size as your normal clothes with the
best fit.
What if I’m between sizes, what size
should I order?
We recommend that you order the size to
accommodate your bigger measurement.
Should I order the Insta Slim shirts
in a smaller size for better results?
We recommend that you purchase these in
the same size as your normal street
clothes or follow the size chart for the
best fit. The shirts are already
compressed and made to offer the
slimming and support needed.How do I get
the shirts on?
You may find the shirts snug and hard to
put on the first time you wear them.
This is normal. We recommend folding up
the bottom hemline 2-3” before you pull
it over your head. This will make it
easier to grab and pull down over your
stomach.
How do I clean my shirts?
Hand-wash, use non chlorine bleach, line
dry, do not iron.
How long will it take for my order to
process?
Orders are downloaded, charged and
processed within 24 business hours.
How long will it take for my order to
ship?
Orders are shipped immediately upon
receipt of payment with the exception of
occasional B/O.
How long will it take for my B/O to
ship?
Back Orders are shipped within 1-2 weeks
of receipt of order.

How do I get my confirmation number?
Due to the advanced Spam Blockers now
installed in a lot of email programs
your email confirmation may have not
made it to you. Call Customer Service

How do I receive items that were
missing from my order?
To check on the remainder of your order,

How do I contact customer service if
my order was placed through the TV
infomercial?
If your order was placed for Insta Slim
call 949-263-2301 or email service@instaslim.com
if
not Insta Slim, you will need to call
the same company you ordered through,
from the TV for assistance. We do not
have any phone number or information for
any other company you ordered through.
Please do not try to contact us, as you
will not be assisted.
**NOTE** If your order was not
placed on our site www.InstaSlim.com the
customer service phone number and email
address provided will be not be able to
assist you as we do not have access to
orders placed anywhere else other than
our site.
